WA Tourism Conference – Full Delegate Travel Package
Please note the starting price ($867) is the flight price only. Conference ticket price and accommodation price is added during the registration process.

This all-inclusive delegate package has been designed to make attending the WA Tourism Conference in Carnarvon seamless and stress-free, with flights, accommodation and full conference access included.

Package Price Outline:

This package base rate is based on return charter flight from Perth to Carnarvon, with Full Conference Attendance Registration and Accommodation attracting additional costs and selected in the 'extras' section. 

  • Return flight from Perth to Carnarvon with Nexus Airlines: $867.00 per person
  • Full Conference Attendance - Member and Non-Member Rate selected in the 'extras' 
  • Accommodation selected in the 'extras'. Prices vary according to accommodation selected.

Return Flights – Nexus Airlines 

  • Depart Perth: Monday 25 May – departure at 8am, arrive in Carnarvon at 9.45am
  • Return Carnarvon: Wednesday 27 May – depart at 6pm, arrive in Perth at 7.45pm

Accommodation

  • 2 nights’ accommodation
  • Check-in: Monday 25 May / Check-out: Wednesday 27 May
  • Accommodation selected in the 'extras' - price does not include accommodation cost.  Prices vary according to accommodation selected.

Conference Registration Rates: 
  • $595.00 per person for delegates who are current financial members of TCWA, Caravan & Camping WA, VCWA, WAITOC, Australia's Coral Coast or financial member of FACET before 30 November 2025. This rate is discounted by $100 as it is being purchase as part of the package. You must select an accommodation option to be eligible for the discount, otherwise the regular rate ($695) will be applied following your order. 
  • $1290.00 per person for delegates who are not current financial members of TCWA, Caravan & Camping WA, VCWA, WAITOC, Australia's Coral Coast or FACET. This rate is discounted by $100 as it is being purchase as part of the package. You must select an accommodation option to be eligible for the discount, otherwise the regular rate ($1390) will be applied following your order. 

This package is ideal for delegates wanting a complete conference experience, combining professional development with unique regional networking events and signature Carnarvon experiences.


Terms and Conditions: 

By registering for this event, you agree to the following booking conditions.

For the member rate, delegate must be a current employee of a current financial member of TCWA, Caravan & Camping WA, VCWA, WAITOC or was a financial member of FACET before 30 November 2025. 

Prices are inclusive of GST. Payment can be made via credit card at time of registration or via invoice. Payment must be received prior to the event to confirm registration.

You agree for your information to be shared with event partners at the discretion of TCWA.

Cancellation Policy: If minimum numbers are not met, you will receive notification of the cancelled event/activity and your payment will be reimbursed. Any cancellations made within 7 working days of the scheduled event will not be refunded, transferred or credited, however name changes will be accepted. Cancellations or name changes must be made in writing.

Any dietary requirements that aren’t provided ahead of time may not be catered for. While event organisers will endeavour to cater for all dietary requirements, they cannot completely guarantee allergy-free meals due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients. Please also note that we do not cater for lifestyle choices and food preferences (e.g. keto, no fruit etc.).
