WA Tourism Conference – Travel Packages for delegates driving to Carnarvon

This package includes full conference access, the networking function, conference dinner and Tourism Awards. It is ideally suited to delegates who will be driving to Carnarvon and wish to experience the full program of events.

This package allows delegates to arrive early and take part in the Gnulli Festival - a special pre-conference celebration designed to showcase Carnarvon's culture, community and landscapes. The program will be delivered over Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 May, this package allows you to experience the Sunday 24 May evening filled with live music, food and spectacular drone show.

Conference Registration Rates: 

  • $695.00 per person for delegates who are current financial members of TCWA, Caravan & Camping WA, VCWA, WAITOC, Australia's Coral Coast or financial member of FACET before 30 November 2025. 
  • $1390.00 per person for delegates who are not current financial members of TCWA, Caravan & Camping WA, VCWA, WAITOC, Australia's Coral Coast and FACET.

  • Free entry to ALL Gnulli Festival experiences 
  • Full Conference Attendance - Member and Non-Member Rate selected in the 'extras'

Terms and Conditions: 

By registering for this event, you agree to the following booking conditions.

For the member rate, delegate must be a current employee of a current financial member of TCWA, Caravan & Camping WA, VCWA, WAITOC, Australia's Coral Coast or was a financial member of FACET before 30 November 2025. 

Prices are inclusive of GST. Payment can be made via credit card at time of registration or via invoice. Payment must be received prior to the event to confirm registration.

You agree for your information to be shared with event partners at the discretion of TCWA.

Cancellation Policy: If minimum numbers are not met, you will receive notification of the cancelled event/activity and your payment will be reimbursed. Any cancellations made within 7 working days of the scheduled event will not be refunded, transferred or credited, however name changes will be accepted. Cancellations or name changes must be made in writing.

Any dietary requirements that aren’t provided ahead of time may not be catered for. While event organisers will endeavour to cater for all dietary requirements, they cannot completely guarantee allergy-free meals due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients. Please also note that we do not cater for lifestyle choices and food preferences (e.g. keto, no fruit etc.).
